The data controller is Matteo, author of the site Tesla Referral Code (https://teslareferral.vercel.app).

This site does not use tracking cookies, third-party advertising cookies, pixels or profiling tools. No consent banner is shown because there is nothing to consent to.

The only external resources are Google Fonts (Inter), served via the Next.js build: fonts are self-hosted at build time, so no third-party request is made from your browser during navigation.

The "Activate referral" buttons redirect to the tesla.com/it_IT domain. When you click, you leave my site and enter the Tesla ecosystem, governed by Tesla, Inc.'s privacy policy. I don't receive any personal data about you: I only receive, from Tesla, confirmation of any Tesla Credits granted for completed orders made with my referral code.

Since this site doesn't collect personal data about you, exercising these rights is effectively moot — but the option naturally remains open.
